Para obras anónimas o seudónimas, los derechos se inscribirán en cabeza del editor, salvo que el seudónimo esté registrado. Si la obra es póstuma, el registro se podrá hacer a nombre del autor o de los herederos que hayan sido reconocidos según la Ley.
