ARTICULO 1.8.1.0.3 . ADMINISTRACION FIDUCIARIA. La administración fiduciaria es una medida cautelar para evitar que las entidades sometidas al control y vigilancia de la Superintendencia Bancaria incurran en causal de toma de posesión de sus bienes, haberes y negocios, o para subsanarla. En el evento en que se establezca dicha medida, corresponderá a la Superintendencia Bancaria promover la administración fiduciaria de los bienes y negocios de la entidad por otra entidad financiera autorizada.
