De acuerdo con el

Parágrafo

del artículo 37 de la Ley 11 de 1990, el personal que esté ubicado en los cargos de la planta de personal del Despacho del Superintendente, de la Sección de visitas de entidades sometidas a régimen general y en la Sección de visitas de entidades especiales como visitador, o como profesional universitario, no estará sujeto a la carrera administrativa.
