º. Aplicación de las nuevas escalas . Las escalas de remuneración de que trata el presente decreto, se harán efectivas a partir de la incorporación de los empleos a la nueva planta de personal de la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil, establecida con ocasión del ejercicio de las facultades extraordinarias de que trata el artículo 1º de la Ley 573 de 2000.
