A más tardar el 12 de noviembre de 1996, el Instituto Nacional de Vivienda de Interés Social y Reforma Urbana, Inurbe, deberá entregar a la Unidad Administrativa Especial Liquidadora de Asuntos del Instituto de Crédito Territorial la totalidad de los activos y pasivos adquiridos durante la vigencia del ICT, a excepción de los señalados en la Ley 281 de 1996. Copia de los actos donde conste el cumplimiento de lo aquí señalado, será remitida a la Junta Directiva del Inurbe.
