Artículo noveno . Con excepción de los plazos especiales que se señalan en el artículo 1º de este Decreto, las corporaciones financieras dispondrán de un plazo de doce meses para ajustar sus operaciones a lo dispuesto en este Decreto, el cual rige a partir de su expedición. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
