Del millón quinientos mil pesos ($ 1'500.000) de que habla el artículo anterior, se tomará la suma de quinientos mil pesos ($ 500.000), que se invertirán exclusivamente en la construcción del colector de aguas negras que parte de Puerto Tejada y va a desembocar a la Quebrada de Zanjón Oscuro, y de aquí al río Cauca.
