º. Para efectos de lo dispuesto en el numeral 1º del artículo 32 de la Ley 428 de 1998, en la asamblea de copropietarios participará el propietario de cada unidad privada con un voto, cuyo valor proporcional se determinará de acuerdo con el coefiente de copropiedad o índice de participación de su unidad privada, en la copropiedad de la unidad inmobiliaria cerrada, establecido de conformidad con las Leyes 182 de 1948 y 16 de 1985, según el caso.
