Art. 10°. Los Gobernadores, de acuerdo con las necesidades de cada Municipio o localidad, fijarán el número de armas que deban quedar en cada uno de ellos, así como la que crean indispensables para Cuerpos de Policía, Resguardos, etc., de lo cual darán aviso al Ministerio de Guerra con el fin de que este provea lo conveniente.
