Artículo tercero. A este último funcionario, que hará las veces de tesorero de la Junta, se le girará el valor del auxilio a que se refiere este Decreto. Sin perjuicio de las cuentas que debe rendir a la Contraloría General de la República, el nombrado Recaudador informará al Ministerio de Gobierno sobre la inversión de este auxilio.
