A las mujeres de los individuos que hayan muerto o mueran defendiendo las instituciones nacionales en la presente guerra, que no puedan comprobar que fueron casadas civilmente, se les admitirá para el solo efecto de otorgarles la pensión, pruebas especiales en comprobacion de que vivían matrimonialmente con ellos o tenian hijos de los mismos.
