De la disminución de aportes. Si como consecuencia del seguimiento a que alude el artículo 6 de la Ley 448 de 1998 y el artículo 2.4.1.2.4. del Capítulo 2 del presente título, la Dirección General de Crédito Público y Tesoro Nacional decide que hay lugar a la disminución de los aportes previstos en el plan de aportes, así se lo comunicará a la fiduciaria La Previsora S.A., indicando el monto y oportunidad en que deba efectuarse el correspondiente reembolso.
