Article 8

Habrá Un Director Y Un Subdirector, Nombrados Por La Junta Para Períodos De 5 Años, Y Podrán Ser Reelegidos Indefinidamente

°. Habrá un Director y un Subdirector, nombrados por la Junta para períodos de 5 años, y podrán ser reelegidos indefinidamente. La Junta no podrá dar por terminados sus servicios dentro de los períodos que señale, sino por incompetencia comprobada en el desempeño del cargo, o por mala conducta originada en faltas contra la moral y la ética profesional.

Parágrafo

Al terminar el período de dos (2) años para el cual fueron nombrados por Decreto ejecutivo, el Director y el Subdirector del Hospital podrá ser designados por la Junta Directiva, para un período adicional de tres (3) años.
