Articulo 1º Fijase, a partir del primero de junio del presente año, en dos mil cuatrocientos pesos ($ 2.400) anuales la partida que corresponde al Departamento de Cundinamarca para fomentar la industria de la seda, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 2º de la Ley 13 de 1915.
