La jurisdicción disciplinaria se ejerce: 1o.Por el Tribunal Disciplinario creado por el artículo 217 de la Constitución que conocerá en segunda instancia por apelación o consulta, y 2o. Por los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito Judicial que conocerán en primera instancia de las infracciones cometidas por los abogados en el territorio de su jurisdicción.
