Están Obligadas A Prestar El Servicio Público De Transporte, En Los Días De Elecciones Durante Las Horas De Votación, Todas Las Empresas Que Tengan Rutas Y Frecuencias U Horarios Autorizados En Áreas Urbanas, Rurales E Interurbanas

° Están obligadas a prestar el servicio público de transporte, en los días de elecciones durante las horas de votación, todas las empresas que tengan rutas y frecuencias u horarios autorizados en áreas urbanas, rurales e interurbanas. Las empresas sólo podrán cobrar las tarifas fijadas por la autoridad competente.

Parágrafo

Para el efectivo cumplimiento de esta obligación, las empresas de transporte urbano, rural e interurbano, dedicarán a la atención del servicio a que se refiere el inciso anterior, no menos del 70% de su parque automotor.
