La Caja ocupará el personal que la Junta Directiva considere necesario, y ésta fijará sus asignaciones. El valor de ellas, lo mismo que cualquier clase de gastos que la administración de la Caja ocasione al Instituto o que ésta haga directamente, se imputará a la cuenta de "Pérdidas y Ganancias" de cada Sección (Ejército, Armada y Aviación), en la forma indicada, por el artículo 4° de la Ley 87 de 1947.
