Inhabilidades con ocasión de la presentación de otras ofertas. Para efectos de establecer el oferente que debe ser inhabilitado cuando en un mismo Proceso de Contratación se presentan oferentes en la situación descrita por los literales (g) y (h) del numeral 1 del artículo 8° de la Ley 80 de 1993 y poder establecer la primera oferta en el tiempo, la Entidad Estatal debe dejar constancia de la fecha y hora de recibo de las ofertas, indicando el nombre o razón social de los oferentes y sus representantes legales.
