Acceso a los servicios de otros grupos de población. Conforme al artículo 89 de la Ley 21 de 1982, tendrán acceso a los servicios sociales de recreación social y de mercadeo de las Cajas de Compensación Familiar, otros grupos de población, principalmente para la adquisición de medicamentos, alimentos básicos, programas de turismo social y esparcimiento.
