Art. único. La pension alimenticia de treinta i seis pesos sesenta centavos mensuales, que tenia asignada el antiguo Capitan José Caicedo Chávez, se pagará a sus hijos lejítimos Miguel i Primitivo Caicedo, por el término de cinco años, para que concluyan sus estudios en la Universidad nacional. La cantidad espresada se incluirá en el Presupuesto de gastos.
