Art. 140. El mencionado empleado propondrá al Ministerio de Instrucción Pública todos aquellos medios que juzgue conducentes al aumento y mejora del Museo, á fin de que se colecten minerales, plantas, fósiles animales y demás objetos apropiados al ramo.
