º . Sistema de Operación del SICE. El Sistema de Operación corresponde a una serie de elementos relacionados en un conjunto estructurado que hacen posible el funcionamiento del SICE. Este Sistema está compuesto por: Software, Hardware, Internet, Redes de Comunicaciones, Operador del SICE y Portal SICE. En el sistema de Operación se garantizará el principio de publicidad, así mismo sedará a todos los usuarios del SICE un tratamiento igualitario.
