Art. 24. El Presidente de la Unión dispondrá oportunamente la suspensión del tránsito y comercio de exportación de elementos de guerra, en cumplimiento y para los efectos del artículo 4º de esta Ley, y determinará asimismo cuando deba cesar dicha prohibición, por considerarse restablecido el orden en la Nación vecina.
