º Para gozar de la exención de fletes a que se refiere el artículo 8º. de la ley 19 de 1943, las personas que envíen productos industriales, agrícolas o ganaderos a la exposición de Medellin deben presentar, al hacer su solicitud de exención, la respectiva matricula expedida por la "junta organizadora de la exposición nacional de Medellin, de 1943" de la cual se tomara debida nota en la dependencia del consejo administrativo de los ferrocarriles ante la cual se haga la solicitud.
