El presente Decreto tiene una vigencia (1) año, contado a partir de la fecha de su publicación en el Diario Oficial y deroga el Decreto 2742 de 1991, con excepción de lo previsto en los artículos 3º y 4º del mismo, en lo referente a las bebidas alcohólicas.
