Artículo único. Derógase el Decreto número 1402 de fecha 19 de Diciembre de 1908, por el cual se fijan los lugares en que deben seguirse cobrando los impuestos sobre minas. En consecuencia el pago de estos impuestos se verificará en lo sucesivo en las Administraciones de Hacienda Nacional de las capitales de los Departamentos en que tales minas se hallen ubicadas.

Parágrafo

Quedan derogadas todas las disposiciones contrarias al presente Decreto, el cual principiará á regir desde su publicación en el Diario Oficial. Comuníquese y publíquese.
