Desde la expedición del presente Decreto, cesa la obligación de rendir la cuenta anual. Los libros y órdenes dadas por el Ministerio de Guerra para el movimiento del material, serán mantenidos en los respectivos depósitos para información permanente. Los libros deberán utilizarse sin interrupción para el servicio de la contabilidad del respectivo depósito; teniendo solamente el cuidado de hacer separación conveniente entre los diferente años, para la mayor claridad.
