Período de los miembros de la Junta Directiva de las Empresas Sociales del Estado de nivel territorial (municipal, departamental o distrital) de primer nivel de atención ubicados en municipios diferentes a sexta (6ª) categoría. El período de los representantes de los usuarios y de los servidores públicos en la junta directiva de las Empresas Sociales del Estado de nivel territorial (municipal, departamental o distrital) de primer nivel de atención ubicadas en los municipios diferentes a los de sexta categoría, será de dos (2) años.
