Art. 2.° El Presidente del Estado, tan luego como se acepten por el Poder Ejecutivo nacional las bases consignadas en el artículo anterior, procederá a dictar las disposiciones necesarias a fin de que la Instruccion pública primaria en el Estado pueda rejirse según el espresado decreto.
