Art. 6.° Declárase incluida en el Presupuesto de Gastos de 1901 y 1902 la partida de $550,000 que se calcula como necesaria hasta el 31 de Diciembre del presente año, para dar cumplimiento al presente Decreto; pero el Poder Ejecutivo podrá disponer que de esa fecha en adelante continúe surtiendo sus efectos, si no hubieren desaparecido las causas que lo motivan, caso en el cual se ampliará el crédito correspondiente para el resto del bienio.
