Artículo primero. A partir del de enero de 1969 establécese la prima consular en el Servicio Exterior, ne las mismas condiciones relativas a equivalencias, nomenclaturas, grados ocupaciones, zonas de costo de vida y cuantías señaladas para la prima de los funcionarios diplomáticos, de acuerdo con los artículos 1°, y 7° de los Decretos 63 y 65 de 1967, respectivamente.
