Licencia de Funcionamiento. La licencia de funcionamiento para los servicios comunitarios de que trata el artículo 42 del Decreto-ley 356 de 1994, se expedirá hasta por un término de cinco (5) años.

Para la renovación de la licencia de funcionamiento se dará cumplimiento a lo establecido en el parágrafo 2°, artículo 45 del Decreto-ley 356 de 1994, previa solicitud con una antelación de 60 días calendario.
