Afiliación de los trabajadores de la construcción . Los curadores urbanos y demás autoridades competentes para estudiar, tramitar y expedir las licencias de construcción y urbanismo, velarán en el trámite correspondiente y en la ejecución de la obra, que el solicitante titular se encuentre cancelando sus obligaciones frente al Sistema de Seguridad Social respecto de todos sus trabajadores en proyectos en ejecución bajo su responsabilidad. Cuando este requisito no sea acreditado, informará a la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud con el fin de que inicie las investigaciones y aplique las sanciones a que haya lugar.
