º . Extiéndase el beneficio de hospitalización y tratamiento módico a los obreros dependientes de la Base Naval A. R. C. Bolívar, los cuales serán atendidos en sus enfermedades con él personal y elementos de sanidad, en los términos de la reglamentación dispuesta por los Decretos 1307 de 1932 v 2254 de 1941.
