Art. 100. Avaluados los bienes concursados, el Juez prevendrá inmedíatamente que se anuncien y rematen en la forma prevenida en el juicio ejecutivo, con excepción solamente de los bienes reclamados con acción de dominio, los cuales no se anunciarán ni rematarán sino cuando se declare que pertenecen á la masa del concurso.
