° Salvo la excepción contemplada en el artículo 3 del presente Decreto, deróganse, exclusivamente en cuanto se refiere a exención de gravámenes arancelarios, todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias y en especial el artículo 4° de la Ley 24 de 1959; el artículo 1° literal a) de la Ley 203 de 1959; los artículos 1° y 2° del Decreto 709 de 1964;el artículo 30 del Decreto 2862 de 1968; el artículo 1° del Decreto 1979 de 1974; los artículos 1° y 2° del Decreto 2367 de 1974 y el artículo 3° del Decreto 1722 de 1987.
