Articulo 108 . De la definición y régimen de la compraventa de bienes muebles. Este contrato tiene por objeto la adquisición, por parte de la entidad contratante, del bien o bienes que requiera para su servicio. En cuanto no pugnen por su naturaleza estos contrates se regulan por las normas consignadas para los de suministro.
