º Entre el 15 y el 28 de febrero del presente año, la Corte Suprema de Justicia y los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito Judicial, y los respectivos jueces, harán los nombramientos para proveer los cargos que entrarán a funcionar a partir del 1º de marzo del presente año, de conformidad con el artículo anterior.
