Para la verificación de las existencias, y en general para todo lo que se relacione con la fiscalización de la hoja, la Administración computará toda cantidad por el peso. En tal virtud, los negociantes del artículo darán el aviso de sus ventas por el peso del artículo, cualquiera que sea la cantidad vendida.
