Los acuerdos a que se refiere el artículo anterior podrán ajustarse por medio de canje de notas y no requerirán posterior aprobación legislativa. Podrán denunciarse en cualquier tiempo y su denuncia surtirá efectos dentro de un plazo no mayor de seis meses.
