El Interventor podrá solicitar del Juez de la Interventoría de Precios, que exija la presentación de informes y cuentas que se requieran para el cumplido desarrollo de este Decreto; así como pedir al mismo funcionario que adelante las investigaciones e imponga las sanciones que sean del caso.
