Presentación de sobordos o manifiestos de carga. Para fines estadísticos y de control de la reserva de carga, los agentes marítimos de las naves que transporten carga a granel deberán remitir a DIMAR, dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la fecha de arribo de la nave, una copia del respectivo sobordo o manifiesto de carga presentado a la Aduana y sellado por ésta, en el cual debe consignarse el valor del flete correspondiente.
