De las irregularidades en la actuación disciplinaria. Si el funcionario investigador o la Junta Seccional de Escalafón, encontraren que en el desarrollo de la investigación disciplinaria se ha incurrido en alguna irregularidad, procederán a subsanarla antes de que se produzca el fallo y para el efecto se retrotraerá la investigación a la etapa en la cual se cometió la irregularidad, asunto que se determinará mediante auto motivado.
