Artículo 541 b. Para atender el pago de lo que se adeuda al Departamento de Cundinamarca como saldo de la indemnización a que fue condensada la Nación en sentencia dictada el 31 de Mayo de 1905, por Tribunal Arbitral, y con ocasión de la compra de 6.000 acciones de la Empresa del Ferrocarril de la Sabana $ 235,930
