Parágrafo

al artículo 235-3 del Estatuto Tributario, así: “

Parágrafo 4

A los contribuyentes del impuesto sobre la renta y complementarios que realicen nuevas inversiones en el sector aeronáutico nacional por un valor igual o superior a dos millones (2.000.000) UVT en las demás condiciones establecidas en el presente artículo, le serán aplicables los beneficios de los numerales 1 al 5 del mismo. Las inversiones deberán iniciarse antes del 31 de diciembre de 2021.”
