Artículo cuarto . Tramitación a través del Director, Rector o Supervisor . Cuando el Educador haga entrega de todos los documentos requeridos para inscripción o ascenso al Director o Rector de la institución educativa donde trabaja, o al Supervisor escolar de la Zona, dichos funcionarios estarán obligados a presentarlos ante la Oficina Seccional de Escalafón, dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes a la fecha de recibo.
