Los Municipios de que trata el artículo 1º podrán ordenar la suspensión de las obras o explotaciones que afecten la seguridad pública o perjudiquen el área urbana. En caso de que haya lugar a expropiaciones, éstas se regirán por lo dispuesto en esta Ley.
