Fondo Cuenta . Para la financiación y generación de la infraestructura carcelaria y el desarrollo de las funciones asignadas al FIC, créase en el Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho la cuenta denominada fondo de infraestructura carcelaria como una cuenta especial de administración de recursos, sin personería jurídica, administrada como un sistema separado de cuentas, a cargo del Director de la misma.
