BONOS OBLIGATORIAMENTE CONVERTIBLES EN ACCIONES. Se debe revelar Para los bonos obligatoriamente convertibles en acciones, además de la información indicada en el artículo anterior, la siguiente

a)

El número de acciones en reserva disponibles para atender la conversión;

b)

Las bases utilizadas para fijar el precio de conversión;

c)

Las condiciones para la conversión antes de su vencimiento, y

d)

El aumento en el capital suscrito originado en conversiones realizadas durante el ejercicio.
