º . Los títulos a que se refiere el artículo anterior podrán amparar la totalidad de la capitalización, incluyendo los compromisos asumidos con cargo a vigencias futuras. En este caso, el Gobierno Nacional recibirá y contabilizará las acciones de acuerdo con las apropiaciones presupuestales correspondientes; entre tanto quedarán en la respectiva entidad.
